The Perfect Mother's Day Gift, if She's a Geek!

Logged into Gmail today and was amused to see a link "Give Mom a Gmail Account!". I read on to find:
"This Mother's day, give something a little different--a Gmail account to try out! It won't smell as nice as flowers, but it'll last a lot longer. Thanks for helping us spread the love to more trusted early testers."
I don't know about you, but I don't think my Mom would be too impressed with a web-based email account. But she's a great Mom nonetheless! :-)

Also, if you're interested in Mother's Day and whether we're all pressured by society into celebrating it, there's a debate just starting at Attachment Parenting the weblog...
