Dave Taylor
Dave has been involved with the Internet since 1980, having created the popular Elm Mail System and Embot mail autoresponder. A prolific author, he has been published over 1000 times and his most recent books include the best-selling "Creating Cool HTML 4 Web Pages" (which has sold over 100,000 copies worldwide). Currently Dave is President of Intuitive Systems, and is a columnist for "PhotoShop User", "LOGIN", and "MacToday" magazines, and contributes regularly to Computer Currents and MacWEEK. He has a Bachelors in Computer Science (UCSD, 1984) and a Masters in Education (Purdue, 1995).

James C. Armstrong, Jr.
James has 13 years experience as a software designer and developer, and over 18 years experience with computer networks and UNIX. He has also written and co-authored several books, including "Teach Yourself the UNIX C Shell", "UNIX Secrets", and "Teach Yourself UNIX in 24 Hours." Previous positions include engineering positions at Tandem, Highland Software and Bell Labs. Mr. Armstrong holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University, and has some graduate studies at the University of St. Andrews.
