Bringing it all together

Intuitive 360 is an annual conference for executive, clinical, and operational leadership focusing on robotic service line development and the surgical care team. Attendees can engage with peers, connect with Intuitive resource teams, and explore innovative robotic-assisted technology spanning the care continuum. Through Ion and da Vinci systems, Intuitive is striving to help physicians to make meaningful changes in minimally invasive care. It is an opportunity to learn about the many ways Intuitive can help support health systems throughout their journey to programmatic excellence in pursuit of their Quadruple Aim goals.

A total-team approach

While individual enrichment remains critical, Intuitive 360 breakout sessions explore team learning at every level. Executive, clinical, and operational leaders can dive deeper into data insights, technology innovations, productivity solutions, and marketing for referring physicians. We encourage each stakeholder within your robotic-assisted, minimally invasive care program to attend.

The four-phase maturity model, developed in collaboration with Spectrum Health, is incorporated throughout the conference curriculum to help you create a highly structured and sustainable program for your robotic service line.

After the Day 2 closing general session, join your team members and Intuitive representatives for an interactive workshop, Planning for Success. Together, we’ll help you evaluate the current state of your program and kick-start your action plan to help achieve programmatic excellence.
