Ms. Nachtsheim is a respected corporate leader with a distinguished career in technology marketing, brand strategy, and global communications. She brings to the Board a unique combination of expertise in strategic positioning, organizational transformation, and executive leadership across the technology and semiconductor industries. She has extensive global business and transformational strategy experience across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Ms. Nachtsheim spent more than 20 years at Intel Corporation, where she held several senior leadership roles, including corporate vice president of sales and marketing, and director of their worldwide marketing operations, Intel Inside®, and Customer Service and Logistics, in Europe. She began her tenure with Intel in 1980 in production operations. In these roles, she led global brand management, customer engagement, and communications strategy, helping shape Intel’s worldwide reputation as a technology leader. She was responsible for leading the company’s early worldwide marketing efforts and expanded the Intel Inside campaign from print to TV and radio, transforming the company into a globally recognized brand.

Ms. Nachtsheim has served on the boards of several public biotechnology companies in addition to Intuitive, including Cerus Corporation, Telesis Bio, FEI Company, Affymetrix, and Southwall Technologies, contributing insight into global communications, brand leadership, and customer-centric growth and helping grow technology companies to create shareholder value. At Intuitive, she serves as the chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee, supporting the company’s ongoing focus on culture, ethics, and strategic talent development.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Arizona State University.
