Cone-beam CT: Our most advanced integration

When using integrated CBCT imaging, Ion receives 3D images on demand during the procedure. This allows you to update target locations and helps you make precise catheter adjustments based on the provided intraprocedural 3D images. This advanced imaging solution supports accurate and efficient lung biopsies of challenging nodules today and empowers you with the platform for the future.

Published 2026 Feb 16. doi:10.1136/thorax-2025-223272 Study defined diagnostic yield allowed follow-up data when index bronchoscopy pathology showed tissue representative of nodule and consistent with a benign process. ATS/ACCP Diagnostic yield was 89%.
Characteristics include nodule size, bronchus sign, lobe location, patient BMI, centrality and nodule density.
