This educational forum, developed exclusively for and in support of perioperative leadership, OR staff, and Sterile Processing staff offers virtual learning and in-person opportunities to help operational leadership reimagine and enhance their robotics service line. Our continuum of courses highlights available tools and resources within the Intuitive Unified Ecosystem that address relevant topics such as workforce shortages and new staffing models, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, team effectiveness, and opportunities for standardization that support physician leaders. We also focus on helping you identify opportunities to enhance team engagement and morale—both critically important to achieving staffing goals and operational efficiencies.

Collaboration with the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST), and the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) enable us to provide continuing education opportunities offering best practice strategies that can potentially impact your robotics programs.
