Kelly McCrystal

Kelly McCrystal is head of corporate strategy, partnering with executives across Intuitive to identify key strategic priorities, align resources, and position the company for sustainable global growth.

Previously, Kelly was a strategy consultant to Intuitive for more than six years, supporting the identification and development of new opportunities and guiding projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Intuitive organizations.

Before joining Intuitive, Kelly led strategy for a leading global health organization, where she also developed and led the women’s and children’s health portfolios that operated in Africa, Southeast Asia, and India. Earlier, she built a career in software development, product management, and systems analysis, which allows her to bring both technical and strategic depth to her role at Intuitive.

Kelly holds a BA in economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
