Milind Wagle

Mr. Wagle is an accomplished technology leader with three decades of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and business strategy. He brings to his role a deep understanding of scaling complex global infrastructure, driving technology-enabled innovation, and building collaborative, high-performing teams.

As senior vice president and chief information officer at Intuitive, Mr. Wagle leads the company’s global IT strategy and operations. His organization is responsible for enabling business growth through secure, scalable, and data-driven technology solutions that support Intuitive’s mission and evolving digital ecosystem.

Prior to joining Intuitive, Mr. Wagle spent 15 years at Equinix, where he held a series of senior IT leadership positions, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief information officer. During his tenure, he led digital modernization efforts that enabled Equinix’s global expansion and enhanced its operational agility and resilience.

Mr. Wagle is a recognized voice in enterprise IT and has served on advisory boards for technology leaders including Salesforce, Zoom, and Moveworks. He has received multiple industry honors for innovation and leadership, including the CIO100 Award for IT innovation, the ORBIE Award for Bay Area CIO of the Year, as well as recognition from the Wall Street Journal as one of the Tech Decision Makers from the World’s Most Influential Companies.

Milind holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the University of Mumbai.
