Ms. Kolli is a global technology leader with deep expertise in product and enterprise digital transformation, data and analytics, and customer experience platforms. She brings to the Board a strong background in driving innovation through AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies to enhance operational scale and digital business performance.
Ms. Kolli currently serves as executive vice president and chief product and digital officer at Align Technology, a global medical device company known for its Invisalign® system, where she defines and drives the company’s digital strategy—from ideation and innovation to engineering, launch, and operations. Since joining Align in 2003, she has held roles of increasing responsibility across business operations and engineering, helping transform Align into a data-driven, customer-centric organization. In her current role, she leads software, data, enterprise, cloud, and infrastructure engineering, and a global business transformation initiative aimed at delivering platforms and technology to support customer experience and simplified business processes across the company.
She has been instrumental in scaling Align’s digital platforms to support global business growth, enhance clinical tools, and optimize customer engagement. Her leadership has advanced the integration of advanced analytics and AI technologies across core operations, manufacturing, and commercial services. Prior to Align, Ms. Kolli held technical and managerial positions at software solutions provider Citadon, including leading CRM strategy and enterprise systems integration. Earlier in her career, she worked in programming and application lead roles for Accenture, and as a programming consultant for Verizon Communications, and GE Medical Systems.
At Intuitive, she serves on the Audit Committee, offering strategic insight into enterprise digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI integration in global healthcare systems. She has also been recognized as a thought leader in the field of digital innovation and has been named among the top technology executives in the healthcare and life sciences sector. She has developed deep insights into the biomedical industry, identifying opportunities to drive data-driven innovation and transform the patient and caregiver experience through service on the CXO Advisory Council of Sequoia Capital and Greylock Partners, as well as advisory boards for Index Ventures, Google Cloud, Salesforce, and Palo Alto Networks.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in physics at Bharathidasan University in India and holds a master’s in computer applications from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy. She is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program offered by the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
