Vice President and General Manager, Global Services

Todd Robin is vice president and general manager of Global Services at Intuitive. In this role, he leads the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the company's worldwide customer-facing service teams and oversees global service enablement functions. Under his leadership, the organization strives to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize service delivery for their customers across global markets.

Robin joined Intuitive in 2018 and has led major efforts to optimize global service operations and align service delivery with evolving clinical and operational needs. Since 2021, he has led this global organization and seen the ONE Team culture thrive across all geographies and service enablement functions. He is passionate about building teams that raise the standard for customer experience and deliver measurable value to healthcare partners.

Robin has spent the last 20 years leading high-performing teams in the medical technology and services sector, where he focused on customer success and clinical innovation. He also spent several years in international public health, with a focus on optimizing healthcare delivery systems, shaping health policy through applied research, and developing new technology platforms to transform patient care.

Robin earned a BA from Amherst College, an MHS from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
