Fostering an environment where every individual can belong and flourish

We’re committed to building an inclusive environment to help employees from all backgrounds feel that they belong at Intuitive and can fully contribute their expertise, energy, and ideas.

In a 2022 employee survey, 90% of respondents agreed with the statement “I feel I belong at Intuitive.” We’re intent on cultivating that sentiment across the organization by focusing on three key areas that demonstrate inclusion and diversity in daily life at Intuitive.

Learning

To build awareness and share our diversity, employees can tap into an array of learning opportunities—from inclusive leadership training for our senior leaders and people managers to on-demand offerings for employees of all levels. We also host internal events to cultivate understanding and empathy, including guest speakers and a “People of Intuitive” fireside chat series with our senior leaders.

Community

We have seven corporate employee resource groups (ERGs) to help members of underrepresented communities find support and connections. These include women, racial/ethnic identities, LGBTQ+, veterans, and employees with disabilities. Our ERGs drive a wide variety of activities, including cultural celebrations, learning programs, recruiting activities, and giving campaigns.

Support

We strive to provide an environment where every employee has what they need to be supported at work and home. We invest in our facilities and human resources capabilities to provide a healthy, safe, and accommodating environment.
